I asked for a double room and it was newly furnished with big windows. A shower, bath sheets, and slippers were available there. The location was favourable and unbeatable for traveling around Kathmandu, just off a quiet neighbourhood about 5-10 minutes from Boudhanath stupa, and Also near Boudha Stupa.
Nothing to be said.

Location: the hotel was just next door to Boudha Stupa and airport, landmarks like Boudha and interesting sites. Spent a nice evening at The Jardin Restaurant, located close to the venue.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a tranquil neighborhood, perfect for a peaceful stay. The attention to detail in the rooms, with their spaciousness and big windows, adds to the overall comfort. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist, making the service exceptional. The breakfast selection, including fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and cooked-to-order eggs, is beyond amazing. And let's not forget the charming ethnic decor that gives the hotel a unique touch, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
Everything was perfect, couldn't have asked for more.

I had the most heartwarming experience staying at Viavia Boutique Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home, even walking me to places so I wouldn't get lost. The newly furnished rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the rooftop viewpoint and outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying the beautiful city view. The shower felt like a luxurious massage and the free airport pick up and drop off was a great convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and amazing amenities.

Friendly staff, comfortable stay
I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the Buddhist area in Kathmandu. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, which made my business trip feel more like a vacation. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring the nearby UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most important Buddhist spots in the world. Plus, the breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, cheese, and homemade jam. I also loved the free bike rental that allowed me to explore the beautiful Northern valley rim sights.
Honestly, I can't think of a single negative aspect of my stay. The hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Loved the fancy bathroom with its water canals, felt like I was in Venice. The restaurant served fancy local dishes, oh how I enjoyed my alpaca meat and avocado. And of course, the colorful vajrayana Buddhist theme was a real eye-opener.
Oh, I just adored feeling like I was in Italy with those water canals in the bathroom. So original, I've never seen anything like it!

The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. The location was convenient because it was near a popular tourist attraction and a major shopping center. It was also nice that the hotel had a garden where guests could relax and enjoy the calm surroundings.
The air conditioning was not working properly during my stay and the room was uncomfortably hot. the wifi was unreliable and kept cutting out, which made it difficult to stay connected with friends and family during the Christmas holidays.

Nestled in a serene and accessible area - just a 10-minute stroll from a famous landmark, this hotel boasts a beautifully decorated room with comfortable beds. The modern, spacious bathroom is equipped with a fantastic rain shower. The exceptional staff goes out of their way to help guests plan their itinerary and transportation. The breakfast includes a variety of freshly made hot dishes and delicious bread. Guests can unwind at the well-maintained garden area or cozy bar.
But, the restaurant needs to serve more authentic local cuisine instead of instant noodles or Korean food.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful stupa. The cleanliness of this hotel was impeccable, and the facilities far exceeded my expectations.
All was good.
